My philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to Embrace their strengths and values, and help them learn to self advocate so that they can Engage in life and achieve their desired outcomes.

I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking understanding to their mental health concerns, or learning new adaptive ways to cope, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfillment in life.

I have a background in psychology and a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also try to meet you where you are at in life thus I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every session.

Yes, I accept insurance!!  I will accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Net, UHC/Optium and UMR.  My cost is $200 for an initial session and $160 after that.  

Please note that I do offer reduced rates in some situations - please contact me to discuss further.

Definitely!  You have choices about your treatment.  I will work with you to figure out the best fit for each individual.
